New project of SCHULZ company - pub-brewery "Beer man bru" (Russia, Moscow)

Recently, Moscow has been engulfed in a craft boom. Information about the opening of new establishments with their own brewery appears more and more often. In the fall of 2017, a new Moscow establishment will begin its activities – the pub-brewery “Beer man bru”. The beer will be brewed on SCHULZ equipment with a capacity of 1000 liters of wort per batch.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN?

In the winter of 2017, our company received the request from Moscow. During the first dialogue, it became known that the customers have a room where they plan to implement a pub with their own brewery. This project was implemented in a fairly short period of time: 2 months passed from the first request of customers to the conclusion of the contract, and in August the equipment was installed. Today the premises for the establishment are almost ready, only the bar counter and the kitchen remain to be completed. The official opening is planned for late November – early December (this is also due to the fact that the latest approvals from regulatory bodies are being obtained). The beer gradually matures and very soon it will already be possible to evaluate it.

EQUIPMENT

The kit includes a classic version: brewing order (stainless steel lining), separation of fermentation and after-fermentation, auxiliary equipment, semi-automated control. At the beginning of July, the equipment was successfully delivered to Moscow, after which installation, commissioning, test brews and personnel training were carried out by our brewers.
