Brewery Bartik Beer - a new project from SCHULZ

2016 pleased Ivano-Frankivsk with the opening of an industrial brewery. This is our second project just for this customer: in July 2014, the first was launched – a 200-liter brewery, which was installed in the Skilandhouse hotel, Bukovel. Since the owners are no longer new to this business, the rate of return on investment has increased.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN?

In August 2015, the owners of our old project – the Skilandhouse hotel – turned to us with an industrial project – they aimed to buy a brewery with a capacity of 1000 liters of wort per brew. But since the height of the ceilings of the selected room did not match the dimensions of the brewery, we offered our own solution to this problem.

EQUIPMENT

At the end of October 2015, it was decided to purchase and install the Schulz-500 brewery with 8 CCTs. The complete set included a classic version: a four vessels brewing system (stainless steal lining), semi-automated control, fermentation and after-fermentation department, auxiliary equipment. Four vessels brewing system allows our customers to increase the productivity of the brewery and conduct up to 6 brews per day. In June 2016, the equipment was successfully delivered to the client, after which the installation supervision, commissioning, test brews and personnel training from our brewers were carried out. This project was completely thought out and implemented in accordance with all the customer’s requirements, which demonstrates the comprehensive and individual approach of our company.
