Balashikha is considered the largest city in the Moscow region, where recently, as in other cities of Russia, the craft movement has been actively developing. So at the end of 2016, the installation and commissioning works on our first project in Balashikha – “SCHULZ-200” were successfully completed.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN?

On September 22, 2016, the customer contacted us with a request for equipment with a capacity of 200 liters of wort per batch. During the first dialogue, it became known that the owner already has a network of beer outlets in his city and wants to acquire a brewery for the further sale of beer there. A month later, a meeting was organized, within the framework of which there was a trip to one of our projects in Ivanteevka, Moscow region. At the end of October 2016, it was decided to purchase and install the Schulz-200 brewery with 6 CCTs.

EQUIPMENT

The complete set included a classic version: a brewhouse (stainless steel cladding), a fermentation and after-fermentation department, and auxiliary equipment. The brewery is controlled by a semi-automated control panel. The capacity of the brewery at the initial stages will be 200 liters of beer per day.

In December, the equipment was successfully delivered to Balashikha, after which installation, commissioning, test brews and personnel training from our brewers were carried out.
