"Brovarnya na Grushevskogo" new project of SCHULZ company

In the spring of 2016, another SCHULZ project was successfully launched – “Brovarnya na Grushevskogo” – a mini-brewery of a restaurant type, which opened on the site of the “Three Elephants” restaurant. Beer is brewed on the equipment of our production with a capacity of 500 liters of wort per batch. The Shvas Beer brand produces seven top and bottom fermented beers: Pils, Original Pils, Weiss, Dunkel, Ale, Dark Cherry and Special. Despite the short period of work of the institution, there are already a number of regular visitors who are talking about real, fresh beer. In particular, we are very pleased that our clients have already achieved success in their business in such a short period.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN?

Earlier, on the site of “Brovarni na Grushevskogo”, there was a restaurant called “Three Elephants”, which also had its own brewery, but the quality of the beer left much to be desired. Our customers decided to rent this premises for themselves, make repairs there and open their own establishment. Therefore, upon the appeal of the pub owners – Alexander and Pavel Shilyaevs to our company – the restaurant itself was still at the stage of renovation of the premises. The future Owners felt a great desire to create an exceptional establishment with a “Zest” that attracts the attention of guests, which became the SCHULZ restaurant brewery in the “Premium” package. It has become not only the embodiment of the desires of the Owners, but also an indisputable sign of the quality of brewed beer and a powerful magnet for guests of the establishment.

EQUIPMENT

The decision was made to purchase and install a Schulz-500 brewery with 12 CCTs. The complete set included a classic version: a brewhouse (copper cladding), a fermentation and after-fermentation department, auxiliary equipment, automated control using a touch panel. The capacity of the brewery at the initial stages will be 500 liters of beer per day.

With a set of equipment, we supplied 2 beer columns in copper design: the first is T-shaped – installed on the bar, and the second, in the form of an arch – is placed on the summer area for bottling beer. In early October, the equipment was successfully delivered to Rovno, after which turnkey installation, commissioning, test brews and personnel training from our brewers were carried out.
