New project of SCHULZ company - brewery "BalBeer"

At the beginning of autumn 2017, a new SCHULZ project was successfully launched on the basis of the Balaklia Bread Receiving Enterprise – BalBeer – the first local industrial brewery with a capacity of 500 liters of wort per brew.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN?

In 2016, we received a request for equipment for beer production. During the first dialogue, it became known that the customers represent an agricultural enterprise of Kharkiv region, which is engaged in bread production, harvesting and storage of grain crops. As there were very few breweries in the region, the customers made the right decision to expand their activities by selling really high-quality beer. Having addressed us in this way, the first negotiations in the development of their project began, and in the fall of 2017, the brewery successfully began its activities on the basis of the Balaklia Bread Receiving Enterprise.

EQUIPMENT

Complement includes classic versions: brewing kettle, fermentation and after-fermentation sections, additional equipment. The brewery is controlled with the help of semi-automated remote. At the beginning of June, the equipment has been successfully delivered to the client, after which was carried out installation supervision, commissioning, testing and training from our brewers.
