"SD Brewery" is a new private brewery in Zaporizhia

It’s nice to know that Ukraine is switching to really high-quality beer and is actively developing the craft beer movement. So, for example, in Zaporozhye, despite the competition, information about the opening of new private breweries, bars and pubs appears more and more often. In the summer of 2017, a new private brewery, SD Brewery, began operations. The beer is produced on SCHULZ-300.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN?

In the spring of 2016, our company received an application from Zaporozhye. During the first dialogue, it became known that the client already has experience in home brewing and is successfully selling craft under the SD Brewery brand. According to the customer, despite the small volumes, the drink was quickly realized and already has rave reviews from real connoisseurs. All negotiations and meetings were used to install equipment of a much higher capacity, as a result of which a decision was made to purchase the SCHULZ-300 brewery.

EQUIPMENT

The complete set includes a non-standard version: craft single-vessel brewhouse (stainless lining ) without a technical site, fermentation and after-fermentation department, auxiliary equipment, automated control. At the beginning of June, the equipment was successfully delivered to Zaporozhye, after which was carried out installation supervision, commissioning, testing and training from our brewers. In November 2017 pumpkin beer was brewed.
